Faculty members who are continuing\u00a0employment\u00a0at MCU should provide a photocopy of passport, a photocopy of alien resident certificate, one passport-size photo, a photocopy of withholding and non-withholding tax statement, and a photocopy of tax receipt for previous year (or tax payment proof) by mid-May. After the review of MCU department-level faculty hiring and promotion committee, the abovementioned\u00a0<\/span><span>documents and foreign faculty roster with the signature of department director should be submitted to Human Resources. Then, all required documents will be sent to Council of Labor Affairs for extension of work permit as soon as\u00a0MCU University Faculty Hiring and Promotion Committee has completed the review procedure.
