Faculty Members Presenting At International Conferences

Obtain official approval from the president at least seven to eight weeks before the conference is held, and submit the relevant application form with required documentation to Human Resources Division → HR submits the application to Ministry of Science and Technology for review→ Funding entity approves application: Upon return to Taiwan, teacher files the receipts to process the closing of this funding case. OR→ Funding entity doesn't approve application: Within two weeks of return to Taiwan, teacher files internal subsidy application to the university. →After review, if approved → Teacher files receipts to process the closing of this funding case.
